We have more than 30 products and services across SaaS, marketplace portals and OaaS, with requirements spanning B2B and B2C businesses. I do not want to decide a person's future role solely from a résumé or ask every candidate to choose a pre-defined vacancy before I understand them. A preliminary conversation and further assessment of working style, interpersonal qualities, initiative, judgement, industry experience, learning ability and entrepreneurial goals will help us discover where there may be a fit.
Some people may have 20 or 30 years of professional experience but have not found a trusted platform from which to build their own business. Some may work as consultants or freelancers but lack technology, systems, a team or a market route. Some working professionals may feel limited by routine jobs and want to take greater responsibility. People with two or more years of experience may be able to grow into managerial and leadership roles. Freshers may enter through training, mentorship and practical assignments where suitable.
I do not expect every person to already know B2B, B2C, SaaS, marketplace or OaaS terminology. Willingness to learn, curiosity, clear thinking, self-awareness and the ability to accept responsibility can be more important than knowing the vocabulary on day one. Experience matters, but experience alone does not prove entrepreneurial fit.
I seek people who are visionary yet practical; independent yet collaborative; ambitious yet ethical; willing to take decisions and accountable for them. I am not looking for ego-driven, persistently unprofessional, short-tempered or opportunistic behaviour, or for people who repeatedly put immediate personal advantage ahead of the legitimate interests and commitments of others. Fair compensation matters; the concern is not earning money, but seeking short-term gain without respect for commitments, value or people.
I am open to people of every caste and religion. My selection focus is on ethics, professional commitment, compatibility, learning, capability and shared purpose. This stage will be highly selective for cofounder and governance roles; I am not publishing an arbitrary percentage of people who will pass because no measured selection data exists yet. I value people who have goals in life, care for their family responsibilities, support others' growth and want to become leaders rather than wait indefinitely for instructions. I believe an entrepreneur may experience scarcity at times, but should not compromise dignity, ethics or professional self-respect.
I expect the evaluation process to be thoughtful. A person's suitability may become clear in an initial conversation, or it may take months—and in some cases a much longer period, potentially years, to understand the full working compatibility and long-term fit. That does not mean anyone should work without agreed terms or wait indefinitely on a vague promise. Any trial project, work contribution, compensation, scope or prospective ownership must be clarified and documented before it begins. I expect both sides to ask questions and reach sufficient mutual understanding before proceeding.
